Browser push lets shoppers subscribe to restock alerts without entering an email address, where supported by the browser and merchant plan.
Requirements
- Push must be enabled in app settings.
- The plan must allow browser push.
- The browser must support service workers and push subscriptions.
- The shopper must grant browser notification permission.
Shopper controls
Shoppers can revoke push permission in browser settings. If the shopper also has a preference link from an email, they can disable push from the preference page where available.
