Merchants can customize email templates and optionally use a branded sender domain.
Email templates
Open Templates to edit the subject, preview text, body copy, button text, colors, logo URL, and footer content. Test emails should be sent before enabling a campaign at scale.
Sender domains
Sender domains use Amazon SES verification. Enter a domain or subdomain that you control, such as updates.store.com. Do not use a myshopify.com domain because merchants cannot add the required DKIM and Mail-From DNS records to that domain.
DNS records
After adding a sender domain, add the generated CNAME, MX, and TXT records at the DNS provider. Then return to the app and click Check verification. The app only uses the sender identity after verification succeeds.
