The Klaviyo integration syncs restock subscribers into Klaviyo. It is currently a sync destination, not the default email sending engine.
What the integration does
- Creates or updates Klaviyo profiles for email restock signups.
- Adds profiles to the merchant-selected Klaviyo list when configured.
- Sends product, variant, locale, source, channel, and consent-time properties where available.
What it does not do yet
The app does not currently send restock emails through Klaviyo flows. Bodanu Back in Stock sends default restock emails directly so it can control exact timing, deduplication, delivery status, retries, click tracking, and plan limits.
Setup
- In Klaviyo, create a private API key named Back in Stock.
- Grant custom access for Lists read/write and Profiles write.
- Paste the key in Integrations and save.
- Select the destination list.
- Submit a test signup and confirm the profile appears in Klaviyo.
