Restock alerts are variant-specific. The app tracks demand for the exact product variant selected by the shopper.
When alerts send
The app sends alerts when a variant transitions from unavailable to available. It prevents repeated alerts for the same inventory generation until the variant becomes unavailable again.
Delivery channels
Email is the default channel. Browser push can be enabled when the merchant plan and browser support allow it. SMS is hidden at launch.
Retries and tracking
Deliveries are processed by background workers. The app tracks queued, sent, failed, opened, clicked, and attributed activity where available.
Inventory reliability
The app processes Shopify inventory webhooks and also supports periodic inventory reconciliation so missed or delayed webhooks do not permanently suppress alerts.
